About Solare
Hello and a VERY warm welcome to THE SOLARE CELEBRANT!
I chose SOLARE as my brand name firstly because it is Italian for Solar. Just like the warmth and radiance created by the sun, bright and vibrant!
This is what I want to create within my business, and what I want everyone to feel, not only whilst working with me, but especially during celebrations.
Why Italian? Because my great grandfather was Italian, and I absolutely love my family heritage & thought it would be special to incorporate it into such a loving & family orientated service.
Secondly, I aim to bring the “Human Sunshine” into the lives of everyone I meet, and why not!!!
Love and Happiness are at the Core of everything I do both personally and professionally, and what matters more in life than that!
My story
Having worked in the Public Sector for 39 years, I have recently taken partial retirement, and decided to embark on something new. Something that brings more joy into my life. People are my "thing", talking to them, empathising and understanding their needs - this has always been a passion of mine.
After attending the funeral of my dear friend Catherine' in 2024, the Celebrant lead service filled my heart with love and not only rekindled an old desire of mine, but also reinforced that all important notion of "life is too short" not to do and be who you want to be in this lifetime.
So with my love of Catherine in my heart, I successfully completed a family Celebrant training, and so SOLARE was born!
More about me
It may come as no surprise that as a "People person", with a deep care for humanity & kindness, I am also a Reiki Master /Teacher. My Healing, Meditations, Mindfulness, being in nature, walking and cold-water swimming, are all part of what powers my personal Solar and Sunshine.
I want to incorporate this sunshine into your special day, be it a wedding, vow renewal, special birthday, anniversary and even a funeral service/celebration of life!
It is so important that you choose a celebrant who you can connect with, and one who will bring out the very best of who you are and what you want to emanate during your special occasion.
